Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Absolute Asbestos Services, we work hard to provide clear scheduling, transparent pricing, and professional service. This policy explains cancellation timing, deposits, and refund handling.

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before appointment: No cancellation fee.
  • Less than 24 hours before appointment: A cancellation fee may apply.
  • Same-day cancellation or no-show: You may be charged for reserved technician time and travel.

2. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule without penalty when requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate urgent scheduling changes.

3. Deposits

  • Some projects may require a deposit to reserve labor, equipment, or disposal scheduling.
  • Deposit terms (including whether refundable) will be stated in your quote or service agreement.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and may be issued when:

  • A duplicate payment was processed.
  • A billing error occurred.
  • Services were not delivered as agreed.

Refunds are generally not issued for:

  • Completed services that match the approved scope.
  • Delays caused by inaccessible site conditions, missing approvals, or customer-requested pauses.
  • Third-party permit, lab, or disposal fees already incurred.

5. Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days of payment.Please include your name, service address, invoice number, and reason for dispute.

6. Refund Timing

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Bank and card posting times can vary by financial institution.
