Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains accepted payment methods, due dates, and authorization requirements for card and ACH/eCheck payments.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit and debit cards
- ACH / eCheck payments
- Other approved methods listed on your invoice
2. Payment Due Date
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
- For larger projects, payment schedules may be split by milestone and listed in your service agreement.
3. ACH / eCheck Authorization
By providing your bank account information and submitting payment, you authorize Absolute Asbestos Services (and our payment processor) to debit your designated bank account for the agreed amount.
You confirm that:
- You are an authorized signer on the account.
- The account information provided is accurate.
- You authorize one-time and/or recurring debits only as disclosed at checkout or in your signed agreement.
4. Returned / Failed Payments
If a payment is declined, returned, or reversed, we may:
- Re-attempt the payment where permitted,
- Pause scheduling or delivery of non-emergency services,
- Apply a returned payment fee where allowed by law and disclosed in your agreement.
5. Late Balances
Past-due balances may be subject to:
- Late fees or finance charges as permitted by law and contract terms,
- Collection activity if payment remains unresolved.
6. Estimates vs. Final Invoice
Quotes and estimates are based on expected scope.Final invoice amounts may vary based on:
- Actual site conditions,
- Additional approved work,
- Required testing, disposal, or regulatory compliance steps.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us so we can review and resolve billing concerns quickly.Disputes should be submitted with invoice details and supporting documentation.
